We offer programs in Rehabilitation Sciences, Education, and Human Development—each designed to prepare you for a meaningful career serving your community and nation.
Application forms are available at the Admissions Office on campus or can be requested by contacting us.
Fill out the application form completely and accurately. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Pay the non-refundable application fee at the Finance Office. Keep your receipt for submission.
Submit your completed application with all required documents to the Admissions Office before the deadline.
Applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance.
